10:30 AM - 1:30 PM: Guided tour of Essaouira's Old Medina—explore historic ramparts, the old port, and vibrant souks
3:00 PM - 5:30 PM: Free time to rest or explore local art galleries
5:30 PM - 6:30 PM: Evening Gentle Stretch & Sunset Meditation
7:30 PM: Dinner at Tazgha House
Day 3: Beach Horseback Riding Adventure
7:30 AM - 9:00 AM: Morning Yoga—Heart-Opening Flow & Pranayama (Breathing exercises)
9:15 AM: Breakfast
10:30 AM: optional Horseback Riding along wild beaches and sand dunes (suitable for all skill levels)
1:30 PM: Lunch with fresh grilled fish or vegetarian options
3:00 PM : Free time / Optional traditional Moroccan Hammam (spa) experience

Day 4: Deepening Practice & First Cooking Class

Day 5: Beach Relaxation & Sunset (Light & Easy Day)
